HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order on our website, you first need to become a member. (If you are not a member yet, you can create your membership by clicking here.)
After creating your membership, go to the page of the product you want to buy, make your selection, and click the "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your cart. Then, by clicking on "My Cart" at the top right of our page, enter your delivery information and payment details as prompted by the system to place your order.
WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
First of all, make sure that the membership form you fill out when registering contains complete and up-to-date information. In case of any issues arising from your order, our customer representatives will contact you using the contact details in your membership information.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address you entered. To avoid any issues during delivery, please ensure that you write your address with all details.
I PLACED MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your order has been successfully received by our system, an email detailing your order will be sent to the email address you used to create your membership.
Our customer representatives will prepare your products and send them to the courier as soon as possible. You will be informed about the shipping time once we receive your order.
When your product is handed over to the courier company, we will send you another email to inform you about the shipment.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track all orders you have placed through our website by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section on your account page.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, HOW CAN I CHECK ITS STATUS?
To track your order placed through our website, log into your account and go to the "My Orders" section where your orders are listed. By clicking the shipping link next to your shipped order, you can track the status of your order with the courier.
